The M.E.C. Groups Summer Send-Off Sponsorship levels
Level 1: $25
Level One sponsors will have their logo placed on ads/flyers for the event (The Summer Send-Off). They will also receive additional credit for their part in the event when making the donations to Food Pantry. Sponsors will also receive a mention on the M.E.C. website, as well as ad space for their business on the “Our Sponsors “section on the M.E.C. website (https://bigmark15.wixsite.com/themecgroup) for 1 month.
Level 2: $50
Level Two sponsors will have their logo placed on ads/flyers for the event (The Summer Send-Off). Sponsors will also be able to supply an additional banner/sign for their business/group to display on the “Sponsor Zone” at the event. They will also receive additional credit for their part in the event when making the donations to Food Pantry. Sponsors will also receive a mention on the M.E.C. website, as well as ad space for their business on the “Our Sponsors “section on the M.E.C. website (https://bigmark15.wixsite.com/themecgroup) for 2 months.
Level 3: $100
Level Three sponsors will have their logo placed on ads/flyers for the event (The Summer Send-Off). Sponsors will also be able to supply an additional banner/sign for their business/group to display on the “Sponsor Zone” at the event. I will give direct credit to the sponsor while speaking at the event. Sponsors will also receive additional credit for their part in the event when making the donations to Food Pantry. Sponsors will also receive a mention on the M.E.C. website, as well as ad space for their business on the “Our Sponsors “section on the M.E.C. website (https://bigmark15.wixsite.com/themecgroup) for 3 months.
**** All funds from sponsors will go to paying for fees and permits. After fees and permits excess funds would be used to improve and grow the event. No sponsorship funds will be kept or held for other events. Any funds not used on the event will be entered into the donations as well. ****
