About the event
This event is being run by the M.E.C. Group to benefit the Westfield Food Pantry. Recently they have had some struggles keeping their doors open. To aid them, we are working with as many local businesses as we can to bring more attention to our event. Each business will be able to offer free sample, sell goods, offer services, sign people up, or anything they wish. It is a school ground and community event, so no alcohol or tobacco products will be able to be sold or consumed on the grounds. I am working to provide a DJ to help liven things up a bit, I’ll be hosting multiple child/family-friendly events, and a raffle. The raffle will be put together from my personal donations as well as local businesses who wished to take part. We will be accepting both cash donations and perishable food donations. Please come join us for some fun in the sun as we say goodbye to summer and help those who need help the most.
